Dedicated crewing managers ensure daily communication with principals and regular check-up of onboard crew, assist with scheduling crew line-up and rotation schedules, maintain crew pool, provide pre-boarding briefing for principals' expectations, conduct discussion of performance appraisal and training needs, give updates on market situations, and manage proposals for benefit packages to retain the crew in the pool.
